1. About Cuenca Connect

Cuenca Connect is a marketplace platform that connects clients with verified service providers in Cuenca, Ecuador. We operate solely as an intermediary — we are not a service provider nor an employer of the providers listed on our platform.

2. Role as Intermediary

Cuenca Connect facilitates the connection between clients and service providers. We do not guarantee the quality, safety, legality, or suitability of any service offered. Any service agreement is directly between the client and the provider.

While we verify provider identities and review their documents, this does not constitute a guarantee of service quality or an endorsement.

3. User Accounts

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activities that occur under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms, provide false information, or engage in fraudulent activities.

4. Service Providers

Providers are responsible for the accuracy of information on their profiles, including services, pricing, and availability. Providers must comply with all applicable local laws and regulations.

Providers agree to undergo our verification process, which includes submitting identity documents and professional credentials.

5. Payments & Subscriptions

Payments for services are made directly between the client and the provider, outside of the platform. Cuenca Connect does not process and is not responsible for these payments.

Provider subscriptions (Pro, Elite) are paid via bank transfer. Plan details and pricing are available on our pricing page.

6. Reviews & Content

Reviews must be honest and based on actual service experiences. We reserve the right to remove reviews that are false, defamatory, or violate these terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

Cuenca Connect shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our platform or services provided by third parties through it. This includes, but is not limited to, property damage, personal injury, or financial loss.

8. Dispute Resolution

Disputes between clients and providers must be resolved directly between the parties involved. Cuenca Connect may, at its discretion, mediate disputes but is not obligated to do so.
